We're officially open for business in Austin, Texas — and I wanted to be the first to introduce ourselves.
Why I Started F.M.F
My name is Fabian LaPaz, and I'm the owner and founder of F.M.F Landscaping Services. I started this company because I got tired of seeing neighbors stuck with crews that miss appointments, cut corners, and leave a mess behind. A yard takes consistency and pride — and that's exactly what I promise on every single visit.
We're a family-owned operation based in Manor, Texas, serving homeowners and businesses across Central Texas. No franchises, no subcontractor roulette — just one dependable crew that treats your property like our own.
What We Do
We keep it simple: five core services, done right every time.
- Lawn Mowing — consistent, clean cuts with precision edging and clipping cleanup.
- Tree & Bush Trimming — expert pruning and shaping that keeps everything healthy and polished.
- Leaf Cleanup — full-yard clearing with complete disposal, so your property stays spotless.
- Mulch Installation — fresh mulch that suppresses weeds and locks in moisture.
- Fertilizing — the right nutrients at the right time for a thicker, greener lawn.
Our Promise to You
Three things, every time: show up on time, do the work right, and leave your yard looking better than we found it. If we ever fall short, we make it right — no excuses.
“A yard takes consistency and pride — that's what I promise on every single visit.”
